What is
Fitness Kickboxing?Fitness Kickboxing is the
non-contact, hottest new martial arts aerobic workout direct from
America, not to be confused with traditional Kick Boxing which is a
contact sport.
Fitness Kickboxing teaches you practical techniques of
self-defence, in a high-energy fun class that's never boring like other
workouts.
Who can do it?
Anyone, any age! As this is a non contact workout,
anyone can do it!
You will use Punches, Kicks, Elbows, Knees... all done
to music in a fun, exciting way that anyone can learn.
Can I
come by myself? Will I be the only beginner?
All our schools are very friendly. The classes are
designed so that you will quickly settle in and they have people of all
ages, fitness and ability in them. You will be able to train at your
level. So come by yourself and make new friends or bring a friend and
become training partners.
